Xolisa Makubalo is a PhD student under the University of Fort Hare studying Public Administration. His research interests include water governance, water management, climate change, climate change adaptation. Xolisa haw published in peer reviewed journals, he has also attended and presented numerous conference presentations at both local and international conferences.
