This was the first YWPZA conference that was organised together with IWA Young Water Proffessionals. It was hosted as the 8th International Young Water Professionals Conference (IYWPC) conference under the theme “Building Leaders, Making Impact”. The conference attracted YWPs from all over the world. The conference program had a number of soft skills workshops, career fair and other topical workshops aimed at developing and building capacity in YWPs to become leaders in the water sector. The conference was held in partnership with the EWSETA. The work of the EWSETA and its support of the professional development of TVET learners in the water sector was showcased.
