Aluvuyo Bixa is a Candidate Scientist at the National Department of Water and Sanitation and serves as the Eastern Cape Lead for the 2022 to 2024 term on the Young Water Professionals (YWP) committee which is a subdivision of the Water Institute of South Africa (WISA).
Aluvuyo lives by the words of Martin Luther King III; "Because no matter who we are or where we come from, we're all entitled to the basic human rights of clean air to breath, clean water to drink, and healthy land to call home.
