Eugene holds a BSc (in Civil Engineering) and MSc (in Water Quality Engineering) from the University of Cape Town. He joined Zutari in 2020 as a junior water engineer.

He is passionate about improving water infrastructure and technology in Africa. He believes joining YWP will bring him closer to his goal via the different networks he will form and the different activities he will take part in.

In his spare time he draws, reads (fiction and non-fiction), enjoys the outdoors and time with friends and family.
