Mendy Shozi has an undergraduate degree in Applied Chemistry and holds both Honours and Masters degrees in Environmental Science. In schooling, she focussed on the chemistry of water and sediment quality and impacts of pollution on the receiving environment. Professionally, her focus is primarily in all aspects of the Water, Sanitation and Health (WASH) sector. She is professionally registered as a Candidate Natural Scientist with SACNASP. In the YWP KZN committee, she serves as an Activity Leader.
