Mohamed is a water and wastewater treatment engineer at Zutari. He has gained invaluable experience in process and civil design by working on projects such as the ground-breaking Cape Town Water Reuse Plant (Faure New Water Scheme), Cape Flats Aquifer Management, upgrading of the Kleinmond wastewater treatment works (WWTW), upgrading of the Fort Beaufort water treatment works (WTW) and conditional assessment of the Overstrand WTW. Given the nature of the projects, he has significant and valuable experience in the integration of multiple disciplines on complex projects.
Mohamed holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and obtained a MSc degree in Water Quality Engineering in 2019. He is registered as a candidate engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and is an associate member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE).
